These Terms govern access to and use of the Stableflow Equine platform ("Service") operated by Stableflow Ltd ("Stableflow", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter contracts on behalf of any business you represent. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our cancellation policy (stableflowequine.io). Stripe processes payments; we never see your card details.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited communications using our SMS, email, or voice features; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; (d) upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
If you use our SMS features, you must comply with applicable laws (including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the US TCPA). You must obtain proper consent before sending SMS to recipients, honour opt-outs immediately, and respond to STOP and HELP keywords. Stableflow may suspend SMS for accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Stableflow a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or factors beyond our control may cause interruptions.
The Service, its code, design, and content (excluding Customer Content) are owned by Stableflow Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stableflow's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the subscription per the cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for serious breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
