Stableflow Ltd ("Stableflow", "we", "us") operates the Stableflow Equine SaaS platform. We are a UK limited company registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is on file with Companies House. Contact: privacy@stableflowequine.io.

5. SMS communications

We send SMS messages for transactional purposes (lesson reminders, payment confirmations, system alerts) where you or our customers have consented. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from any SMS we send. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

6. Sharing & processors

We share personal data only with the service providers we use to run the platform, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS & voice), Anthropic (AI features), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Sentry (error monitoring), and one.com (email). All are bound by contractual data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data.

Some of our processors are based outside the UK/EEA (e.g. the US). Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent adequacy mechanisms.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law. Specific retention periods are set out in our customer contracts. Account data is deleted within 90 days of subscription end unless legally required to be retained.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to direct marketing. You can also lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email privacy@stableflowequine.io.

The Stableflow Equine platform uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics cookies subject to your consent. This pre-launch website uses no analytics cookies.
